Overview
The VELOCITY system pairs a self-contained biological indicator with a bench-top reader so sterile processing staff can verify a hydrogen peroxide cycle shortly after it finishes rather than waiting a day for a culture. The indicator doubles as a process challenge device placed in the load, and the reader records the pass or fail result. Results can be sent to the ASP ACCESS platform to build an audit trail for each load.
